Calling all Playwrights!
pivotal(arts) enters its 5th Season and wants YOU to submit your play for the 2011 WriteNOW! Festival of New Works

Do you have a new play that has never been staged or workshopped before? Are you a budding playwright who is itching to see their work staged? Then follow the easy steps
below:

• Start writing a play – Your play can be at the early stages of development. (Minimum 5 pages).


• Submit your bio and WHY you think you’re the right fit for pivotal(arts)


• Send us your play by August 22nd including a cheque for $200 (cashed on September 1st, 2010 if accepted into the festival):

The 2011 WriteNOW! Festival of New Works is a one-week festival presenting new plays written and workshopped by local artists in Toronto.

pivotal(arts) theatre company, inc. was founded in 2006 by six University of Guelph Theatre Alumni who came together with the desire to create new Canadian work.

Presently, pivotal(arts) is collectively run by Jennifer De Lucia, Shawn Douglas Murphy and Deanna L. Palazzo.
