Eight friends come together for Thanksgiving Dinner! Of the friends, four have known each other since high school. During the dinner, adding a little spice to the discussion changes the gathering's conversation-flavouring. Deep-rooted tensions – tensions that were never discussed over the passed decade – are unearthed. With eight people finding it difficult to let the next person speak, everything from inauthentic relationships to relationships that are telepathically intersected are realized, as is loving immensely and hating violently. With the emotional devastation that takes place during the dinner party, the guests leave with very little to feel thankful for.
The ensemble features eight very talented emerging theatre and film professionals that are picking up steam in the Toronto entertainment business;Jennifer De Lucia (Kill-Troma Films; A Crack in the Ceiliing-2009 Toronto Fringe Festival -Outstanding Performance NOW Magazine); Jessie Gabe(Gemini Winner and Canadian Comedy Award Winner –Writer for Being Erica; A Really Bad Play-pivotal(arts);); Sean Kaufman (Lingurie –HBO; Stiff Luv(Lead)-Best Film Heart of England International Film Festival); Andrew Knowlton (Twelfth Night- Dora Nomination – Theatre for Young Audiences;Macbeth-Classical Theatre Project); Deanna L.
